June 2, 2020 — We celebrated Nurses Week in May, acknowledging their dedication and commitment to our residents at Hacienda Oaks. The nurses were treated to breakfast, lunches, t-shirts, and special treats throughout the week of May 6 through May 12!

June 1, 2020 — Mrs. Savell admitted to Hacienda Oaks-Beeville on 12/28/2019 after falling at home and fracturing her right hip. She required maximum assistance with most ADL’s such as dressing and toileting, and was only able to apply 25% weight on her right leg for transfers and gait.
